  • Pages visited and time spent on the site (via analytics)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 6)

Information from calls handled on your behalf

When we provide AI receptionist services to a client business, calls to that business may be recorded or transcribed in accordance with applicable law and the terms agreed to in the client service agreement. End-callers (your customers) are informed of recording where required by law.

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule strategy calls
  • To deliver and improve our AI receptionist services
  • To send service-related communications (onboarding, billing, support)
  • To send marketing emails if you have opted in (you may opt out at any time)

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

  • Cal.com — appointment scheduling. Subject to Cal.com's privacy policy.
  • Google Analytics — website usage analytics. Subject to Google's privacy policy. You may opt out via Google's opt-out browser add-on.
  • Payment processors — for billing. Payment data is governed by the processor's PCI-compliant policies.
  • AI infrastructure providers — powering call handling. All providers are bound by data processing agreements.

We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices.

5. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

  • Service providers acting on our behalf (bound by confidentiality obligations)
  • Legal authorities when required by law or valid legal process
