Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ClientConnectAI LLC ("ClientConnectAI," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida limited liability company headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. By accessing our website at clientconnectaia.com or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
2. Services
ClientConnectAI provides AI-powered phone receptionist and appointment scheduling services to local businesses. Our services include:
- 24/7 AI call answering on behalf of client businesses
- Appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Call routing, message-taking, and lead capture
- Reporting and call summaries
The specific features available to you depend on the service plan you have purchased. Details of each plan are described on our pricing page and in your service agreement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your business. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. Account and Service Agreement
To use our services, you will complete an onboarding process and enter into a service agreement with us. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete business information during onboarding
- Keeping your contact and billing information up to date
- Maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials
- All activity occurring under your account
Notify us immediately at cca@clientconnectaia.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5. Fees and Payment
Service fees are billed on the schedule set forth in your service agreement (typically monthly). By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees.
- Billing cycle: Fees are billed in advance at the start of each billing period.
- Late payments: Overdue balances may result in service suspension. Accounts more than 30 days past due may be terminated.
- Price changes: We will provide at least 30 days notice before changing your recurring fee.
- Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable sales or use taxes.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us at cca@clientconnectaia.com or calling (904) 914-6086. The following terms apply:
- Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Setup fees and one-time charges are non-refundable.
- If we terminate your account for cause (e.g., violation of these Terms), no refund will be issued.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use our services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation
- Harass, deceive, or defraud callers
- Impersonate any person or entity in a misleading way
- Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or illegal content
- Interfere with or disrupt our systems or services
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell our technology
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service immediately for violations of this section.
8. Call Recording and Compliance
Our AI receptionist service may record or transcribe calls handled on your behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all applicable call recording and wiretapping laws in your jurisdiction, including providing any required disclosures to callers. By using our services, you represent that you have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on clientconnectaia.com — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is owned by or licensed to ClientConnectAI and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
Your business name, logo, and materials you provide to us for onboarding remain your property. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to deliver the services.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
- The service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
- The AI will handle every call perfectly or capture every lead
- Results (bookings, revenue) will meet your expectations
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ClientConnectAI's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees you paid us in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
In no event will we be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ClientConnectAI LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your failure to comply with applicable call recording laws.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved by binding arbitration in Duval County, Florida, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to bring claims as a class action.
14. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
